Refund & Return Policy

At Wishxpress, we offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wishxpress.online or call us at +92 343 9064722. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Items returned without original packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
